A patient comes in my ambulatory lamenting pain in his balls. He says he got ballbusted by a woman and something’s gone wrong. I visit him, squeezing his balls to see what happened to the testicles. After a while, I have a terrible diagnosis: necrotizing ballitis. I must amputate to save the patient’s life.I take my knife and castrate him, taking his black necrotic balls out! Now he doesn’t have to worry anymore and keep living his life with a empty scrotum!

Un paziente viene nel mio ambulatorio lamentando dolore alle palle. Dice di essere stato preso a calci da una donna e che prova molto dolore. Lo visito, strizzandogli bene i coglioni per valutare la condizione dei testicoli interni. Dopo qualche minuto arrivo ad una terribile diagnosi: coglionite necrotizzante. Devo amputare per salvare la vita del paziente! Quindi prendo un coltello e lo castro, rimuovendo i suoi testicoli che sono neri e necrotici! Ora il paziente non dovra’ piu’ preoccuparsi e potra’ continuare la sua vita castrato e con lo scroto svuotato!
