I truly am the most caring domme in the world. Like I care so much about my submissives that I will help them get in shape and live healthier lives. I went so far as becoming a psuedo personal trainer for one of my submissives and made him do 50 pushups and 50 situps. For someone who does not workout, that really is a good benchmark to start from! He complained and complained about my method of helping him stick to it, but I think it is just about the best motivation a man can get. A nice kick in the balls to keep going. Or with the situps, doing the situps with 110 pounds on your balls to really incentivize getting the reps done!

Admittedly, his form was garbage, but one step at a time right? I think he did great and I am already planning and taking insights for our second workout! Hope you enjoy! You all should know I would give you the same treatment should you ever sign up for my fitness class. This video is a little bit lighter and funnier than my ballbusting accuracy training video, but his nuts still get blasted.
